LOVVES informs that for the protection of our customers all products subject to exchanges or returns are not put back on the market
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Contact our customer service by email address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number placed on the online site. In order to improve our service we ask you to provide us with the reason for the return.
It is possible to return the product in exchange of a voucher of equal value or a direct refund . In the latter case, the refund will be made upon receipt of the returned product and will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
For hygienic and health protection reasons, returned or replaced only intact products and including the transparent protective film that has not been tampered with .
Products returned tampered with or not intact will not be refunded.
PROCEDURE RETURN FROM ITALY
Products purchased online can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer and only the item amount will be refunded.

RETURN PROCEDURE FROM ABROAD
The relative shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be refunded only the amount of the article.
It is necessary to contact customer service before proceeding with the shipment to carry out all customs activities upon arrival of the goods in Italy.
