Hyaluronic Acid Serum

Hyaluronic acid (SODIUM HYALURONATE) with 2 molecular weights is a substance naturally present in our body, as a fundamental component of connective tissues. At the cutaneous level, its presence guarantees elasticity, softness, brightness and hydration to the skin of the face and body, and protects it from damage caused by external factors and physical stress. With increasing age the endogenous production of hyaluronic acid decreases, this leads to the loss of water holding capacity, the progressive weakening of the skin and the consequent appearance of blemishes and gradually deeper wrinkles.
From the chemical point of view, the reticular structure of hyaluronic acid is such as to make it capable of retaining large quantities of water, up to 1000 times its own weight, and of providing hydration to the tissues of the human body; acts as a cushion capable of retaining moisture, allowing the skin to remain more elastic, toned, turgid and therefore younger. It also acts as a barrier against the penetration of viruses and bacteria and helps to soothe irritation and redness.
