Hyaluronic acid (SODIUM HYALURONATE) is a substance naturally present in our body, as a fundamental component of connective tissues. At the skin level, its presence guarantees elasticity, softness, luminosity and hydration to the skin of the face and body, and protects it from damage caused by external factors and physical stress. With increasing age, the endogenous production of hyaluronic acid decreases, and this leads to the loss of the ability to retain water, the progressive weakening of the skin and the consequent appearance of blemishes and gradually deeper wrinkles. From a chemical point of view, the reticular structure of hyaluronic acid is such as to make it capable of retaining large quantities of water, up to 1000 times its own weight, and of supplying hydration to the tissues of the human body; it acts as a buffer capable of retaining humidity, allowing the skin to remain more elastic, toned, turgid and therefore younger. It also acts as a barrier against the penetration of viruses and bacteria and helps to soothe irritation and redness.

The Peptide (PALMITOYL HEXAPEPTIDE-19) is useful in reducing expression lines caused by small contractions of the face muscles.

Peptide (PALMITOYL TRIPEPTIDE-5) promotes collagen synthesis by fibroblasts, maintaining structural integrity within the connective tissue.

Jojoba oil (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS OIL) gives the serum an important emollient and protective function.

The presence of Aloe juice (ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE), which has always been known for its therapeutic properties, guarantees the skin a moisturizing, refreshing, protective and regenerating effect.

The presence of beeswax (CERA ALBA), rich in emollient and protective properties, is indicated in the treatment of dry and delicate skin. Its nature helps to regenerate the lipids naturally present in the superficial layer of the skin, favoring its physiological barrier function.

The addition of Vitamin E (TOCOPHEROL), thanks to its antioxidant power, determines a protective effect on the lipids of the cell membranes around the eyes, a target of free radicals.

The action of Panthenol (PANTHENOL), which is a pro-vitamin of vitamin B5, has a fundamental role in cell renewal as it helps to carry out a decisive moisturizing action on the skin around the eyes.

It contains the unsaponifiable fraction of olive oil (OLEA EUROPAEA OIL UNSAPONIFIABLES), a principle rich in squalene, one of the most valuable substances present in nature, with an exceptional emollient function and great physiological compatibility with the sebum present in the stratum corneum.
